Heartwell Renewables is a unique joint venture between affiliates of The Love's Family of Companies and Cargill to produce and market renewable diesel. Heartwell Renewables is the only entity of its kind to both manufacture and distribute this fuel all the way to the retail pump. -The---Love'sFamily of Companies, Cargill---and their affiliates have entered this unique50/50 joint venture to produce and market renewable diesel - a green fuelexperiencing strong, rising demand. The joint venture will result in theconstruction of a new production plant in Hastings, Nebraska. - There willbe an excess of 500 workers during construction and more than 80 permanent jobsin Hastings, Nebraska. The plant will have the ability to produce approximately80 million gallons annually of renewable diesel. - - When considering the environmental benefits and performance enhancements of renewable diesel, the creation of Heartwell Renewables is a long-term win for not only the companies involved, but also for Nebraska, consumers, and the environment. -
- JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACTThe Site Maintenance Supervisor will supervise and execute the deployment of overall leading maintenance practices aligned to production needs. In this role, you will lead a team that executes routine medium or complex activities to maintain and improve capacity utilization and quality standards realized through reliable operations across the region. - KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Supervise the execution of specific equipment maintenance strategy for each asset involved with containing, controlling or safeguarding a high hazard process.
  • Implement and monitor methodologies to improve operational effectiveness in compliance with regulatory codes and standards.
  • Assist to lead the integration of contractor partners and equipment providing support to the plant force.
  • Partner with regional and global leadership to develop area leading practices.
  • Advise and manage the maintenance related budget to track the area progress against the estimate.
  • Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.
  • Other duties as assigned - MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
    • Minimum of one year of related work experience
    • Other minimum qualifications may applyPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
      • Training in predictive maintenance technologies
      • Knowledge in maintenance process management
      • Knowledge in the application of reliability tools
      • Knowledge of CMMS and processes controlling Preventive, Corrective and Predictive maintenance strategies (SAP)
      • Experience coordinating third party resources to deliver business results -
      • One year of supervisory experience -
      • Training and knowledge of management of the proactive maintenance model
      • Experienced in Renewable/Bio Diesel, Steam reformation, Vegetable Oil refining, Oil and Gas Industry, Hydro processing and or a PSM regulated facility - PRIOR BENEFICIAL EXPERIENCES
        • Implement moderately complex reliability excellence activities and identify and prioritize reliability engineering value creation opportunities.
        • Prepare technical reviews of moderately complex projects and collaborate with related areas on new equipment reliability specifications.
        • Experience supervising the execution of the area activities in compliance with regulatory codes, standards and specific technology needs.
        • Experience partnering with internal and external partners to identify work process enhancements.
        • Collaborate with and provide guidance to maintenance repairs and production in reliability related processes and the identification of critical spares.KEY BEHAVIORS -

            • Experience improving capacity utilization and quality standards realized through reliable operations.
            • Experience developing the deployment of leading area methodologies.
