Job Description Orthopedic Physical Therapist – Cash-Based, 1:1, Franklin TN Treat one patient per hour. No insurance quotas. Deep clinical work with motivated adults. About Executive PT Executive PT is a premium, cash-based orthopedic and strength-focused practice in Franklin, TN. We work with: Business owners and executives Lifelong exercisers Recreational and competitive athletes Adults who want long-term solutions to pain and performance, not quick fixes We specialize in complex pain problems and guiding patients into sustainable, long-term strength-based care. We are expanding into a new 3,500 sq ft facility and adding a fourth clinician. About the Role This is a full-time clinical position ( not a director or management role). You will: Treat in a true 1:1, 60-minute model Manage your own caseload with high clinical autonomy Work with a small, experienced team for collaboration and mentorship Progress patients from pain resolution into structured, long-term strength and performance work What Your Week Looks Like Top-end caseload: 30–35 1:1 sessions per week Typical day: 6–7 patients, all 60-minute, no double booking No aides or techs Cash-based: no insurance constraints or productivity quotas Time built in for documentation, communication, and case review Who You Are Licensed Physical Therapist with 2 years outpatient orthopedic experience Dry needling certified (required) Strong manual therapy, clinical reasoning, and exercise prescription skills Comfortable independently managing complex pain presentations Personally active with real familiarity using strength training yourself Preferred (not required): COMT, FAAOMPT (or in progress), OCS, SCS, or comparable advanced orthopedic training Experience or interest in return-to-sport or performance progression Why Executive PT Is Different Most outpatient jobs promise autonomy and “one-on-one,” then overload you with volume and insurance targets.
