Doctor of Medicine | Otolaryngology Location: Kearney, NE Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position We’re seeking a Board-Certified Otolaryngologist (ENT) to provide weekend call coverage at a Level II Trauma Center in Kearney, Nebraska . This is a high-impact locums opportunity with clearly defined dates , strong specialist support, and competitive compensation , plus comprehensive malpractice coverage and complimentary travel and lodging . This coverage is critical to maintaining 24/7 ENT services and trauma designation—making this a rewarding role for experienced providers who enjoy focused, call-based work. Coverage Dates – 2026 July 3 @ 12:00 PM – July 6 @ 7:00 AM September 4 @ 7:00 AM – September 8 @ 7:00 AM December 24 @ 7:00 AM – December 28 @ 7:00 AM Practice Setting & Responsibilities Setting: Level II Trauma Center Coverage Type: ENT call coverage (weekends) Duties: Respond to consults and come in when requested by Trauma or ED physicians Patient Volume: Approximately 2–4 cases per day FTE: 0.33 EMR: Epic Support Staff: Anesthesia, CRNAs, Surgical Services Required Procedures Adenoidectomy Tonsillectomy Audiogram interpretation Lump/tumor removal Compensation Competitive rates (discussed upon interest), including: 24-Hour Call (Daily): Competitive rates 24-Hour Holiday Call: Premium rates Call Back: Premium rates Holiday Call Back: Premium rates Orientation: Paid ?
