Job Description:
Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a compassionate and skilled
Nursing Home Administrator to lead our facility dedicated to
providing exceptional care to the underserved communities. At Good

aspects of operations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and
fostering a supportive environment for residents and staff alike.
This role requires a blend of leadership, operational expertise,
and a deep understanding of healthcare regulations. Oversee daily
operations, staff, and healthcare delivery in the facility. Ensure
compliance with state and federal regulations. Manage facility
finances, including budgeting and financial reporting. Implement
effective resident care policies and enhance program development.
Handle recruitment, training, and evaluation of staff members.
Liaise with medical professionals, staff, and families to ensure
high-quality care. Facilitate community engagement and
responsiveness to resident needs. Strong leadership and
organizational skills. Proficient in healthcare management and
operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
Ability to manage budgets and financial plans. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Licensed as a
Nursing Home Administrator (NHA). Certifications in Healthcare
Management (e.g., CHFM, FACHE) advantageous.
