Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary. Maintain up-to-date patient records and report any significant changes in patient condition. Adhere to all healthcare regulations and safety standards. Strong clinical skills in patient assessment and care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification is desirable
