commercial property management, residential property management,
association management, commercial sales & leasing, residential
home sales, and business sales. Your exposure to All Things Real
Estate will give you a broad understanding of a dynamic,
multi-entity business and the opportunity to make a true impact at
the leadership level. The Scope of Work Creating and managing job
postings and pre-screening applicants for all departments Manage
daily administrative duties related to ongoing business operations
Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, reports, invoices
and other correspondence Coordinate monthly staff and other
meetings Learn and effectively utilize all applicable operational
systems. Provide support for testing new system enhancements.
Assist in employee training on several software's, systems and
platforms to ensure understanding and maximize utilization
Direct/lead You-niversity classes as assigned The Ideal Candidate
Must have excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and a
customer service spirit. Ability to maintain confidentiality,
sensitivity and professionalism. Above average written and oral
communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills. Proficient
problem solving and analytical skills. Self-disciplined and

contribute to the team! Familiarity with Microsoft 365
