and respect. As a Youth Advocate, you’ll help young people build
essential life skills in education, health, housing, relationships,
and employment. You will be a steady, encouraging presence—someone
they can rely on during pivotal moments in their lives. Youth
Advocates guide clients through daily routines, including preparing
for school, participating in recreational activities, cooking,
completing household tasks, and establishing healthy evening
routines. Along the way, you’ll provide coaching, positive
reinforcement, structure, discipline and consistency, helping
create an environment where youth can learn, grow, and thrive. What
You’ll Do Support youth in developing key life skills Guide clients
through daily activities and routines Provide positive
reinforcement, coaching, and structure Create a safe, uplifting
environment that promotes growth Collaborate with team members to
ensure client success Serve as a positive role model and advocate
Available Schedules Monday through Friday: 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Compensation & Benefits Starting Wage: $16.50–$17.00 per hour Shift
differentials {Thursdays & Fridays – 3pm to 10pm = $1.50} Medical,

Access to full workout facility on campus What We’re Looking for
Must be 21 years old High school diploma or equivalent At least 2
years of related experience (or equivalent education/experience)
Understanding of youth behaviors and willingness to work flexible
hours Ability to remain calm, patient, and consistent under stress
Ability to implement motivational systems positively Basic first
aid knowledge; CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse populations
Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current auto
insurance Ability to pass a comprehensive background check,
