Job Description:
Preferred Qualifications The following qualifications are
preferred, but not required: Master’s degree in food science or a
closely related field. Hands-on experience in a food production
environment including some level of project management and
operation of processing equipment. Experience with quality
control/quality analysis. Ability to operate a forklift. HACCP
and/or PCQI certification.
