    What you will do

    As a Sales Executive, you will create and communicate the value of The Governance Institute within non-profit healthcare organizations to clearly distinguish our business from competitors, develop new business and meet personal and company sales goals. The sale cycle is complex, so you must be able to build and maintain long-term relationships with multiple decision makers. Your responsibility includes prospecting, managing pipeline, relationship building, C-Suite presentations, proposal preparation, contract negotiations and closing the sale. Additionally, you will think beyond current context to develop and support ideas that enable NRC Health to better provide value to and develop long term partner strategies for customers.

    What you need

    • Bachelor's Degree (UNL Sales Certificate a plus)
    • 3+ years of high performing sales experience preferred
    • Ability to travel a minimum of 25% and up to 50% and a valid driver's license
    • Experience with a CRM system (Salesforce) preferred
    • Demonstrated proficiency in planning, organizing, and prioritizing
    • Strong verbal and written communications skills
