Manager TraineesEarl May Nursery & Garden Centers are looking full-time Manager Trainees. The ideal candidate would be an enthusiastic individual that has a passion for plants and wants to lead a team that will share that passion with our guests. Previous retail/sales experience, knowledge of plants/nursery is a plus, but we are committed to train anyone with the right qualities that fit our service-driven culture. Manager Trainees will work within one or more of our garden center locations and be mentored for future management by successful managers.Qualities/skills we are seeking:
