community!JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for passionate Board
Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) who are fluent in Applied
Behavior Analysis. This is an opportunity to join a compassionate

and connecting with the community.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:Under
the direct supervision of the Clinic Director, the BCBA is
responsible for coordinating and providing program services to
clients.Complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and oversee
implementation of direct services, direction, and family
guidanceProvide staff training, mentorship, and BT/RBT supervision
to ensure the highest quality clinical outcomesWork with
Interdisciplinary Team Members to ensure continuity of careAbility
to write complex behavior support plans and communicate
intervention techniques and strategies to direct care staff and/or
familiesAnalytical Skills: Ability to collect and graph behavioral
data for assessments and interventionsBCBA will maintain compliance
with all agency policies and
proceduresKNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:Hold current BCBA, State
Licensure, and in good standing with the State and BACBCompletion
of a master's degreeExcellent verbal and written communication
skillsMinimum two years of experience as a BCBA (preferred)Fluency
in practice management system (Central Reach preferred)COMPENSATION
