Are you up for the dare?This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.Position SummaryThe Level 4 Production Operators are a vital piece of the Processing, Ingredient Prep/Receiving, Packaging/Sanitation and Distribution Departments of the Nestle Purina Crete Factory. The Level 4 Production Operators will meet all Safety, Health, Quality and Environmental requirements when performing job duties.You will enjoy competitive weekly pay, shift differential eligibility, overtime pay, up to 7% quarterly bonus, full health benefits, 401k match, a union pension, paid time off, excellent maternity/paternity leave and so much more!Hourly pay starting at $24.20 /hour (within the first year, pay progression will increase to $25.70)Cover and backup operators in Processing, Ingredient Prep & Receiving and Packing departments.Operator a forklift loading and unloading trailers to the warehouse.Perform visual inspections of cans, monitor temperature of incoming and outgoing cans.Perform all Process, Ingredient Prep and Packaging Line Set Up.Record and keep records for good manufacturing practices.Comply with all Nestl and plant-specific policies.Perform all other duties as assigned.Requirements6+ months experience working in a production capacity such as manufacturing, agriculture, warehouse, industrial, military or related environment.Willingness to learn how to operate a forklift and obtain necessary certification.Other1+ year experience operating a forklift.Don t meet all the qualifications listed under
