Job Description
ICF is currently seeking a Program Control Analyst to work in a
dynamic, fast-paced environment with senior ICF professional staff,
as well as with client and stakeholder staff, on complex projects
in the water resources, transportation, energy, and planning and
development sectors. Job duties will be primarily focused on
invoicing and contractual compliance for programs in California.
The Program Control Analyst will serve as internal invoice and
contracts management and external client-facing support role to the
Project Manager. Position available in our West Coast locations
including Sacramento, San Francisco, Seattle, Portland, Los
Angeles, Irvine or San Diego with the option to work remote or
hybrid.
Key Responsibilities
Invoicing clients that meet contractual requirements.
Coordinating with subconsultants on contractual and invoicing
requirements.
Monitoring project budgets.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in environmental policy, environmental
planning, environmental science, or 5+ years of related experience
with contracts and finance
5+ years of experience with client invoicing, budgets, and task
leadership
Additional Skills
Strong MS Office Excel skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with
clients and agency staff
Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in
determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited
to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and
competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location,
education and certifications as well as contract provisions
regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The
pay range for this position is :
$77,890.00 - $132,413.00
