In this role you will provide functional solution leadership on Energy and Water integrated managed services engagements. You will work directly with client business sponsor and leads to ensure focus on solution integrity and completeness, leveraging best practice processes across the solution set, and scope management. Internally will coordinate across the support team including delivery architects to ensure cohesive, consistent solutions and deliverables. This role requires CCS/CC&B functional architect expertise, plus experience providing functional guidance and design support Oracle Utilities framework based applications (OUAF).
Though currently the majority of our work is done remotely, this position may require occasional travel (up to 5%) in the future based on client and engagement needs.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



  • Providing utilities industry best practice and multi-product Oracle solutions, through global engagements in Oracle Energy & Water implementations in North America


  • Providing leadership to our managed services teams by promoting consistency across the team, including methodology, deliverable templates, terminology, etc


  • Developing a trusted advisor relationship with our clients, leveraging best practices in the industry with Oracle solutions


  • Developing key relationships within Oracle by providing field feedback to our R&D team and providing direct support to our sales teams


  • Promoting, creating, and encouraging the use of the reusable collateral/accelerators


  • Knowledge sharing across peer group


  • Providing leadership and guidance in defining the overall solution landscape and strategy for our clients


  • Partnering with client business leadership to educate their organization on key changes to current business processes


    Qualifications


    • Oracle CC&B or CCS Functional Architect experience on at least two new implementations, upgrades or two years active support and maintenance of a CC&B implementation.


    • Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)


    • Experience facilitating business process workshops


    • 10+ years overall relevant professional experience, including experience in consulting or with a systems integrator


    • Experience leading cross-functional teams to successful outcomes


    • Strong desire for career growth within Oracle

      California Pay Range: from $135,100 to $285,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
      Colorado Pay Range: from $127,600 to $256,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
      New York City Pay Range: from $127,600 to $271,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
      Washington Pay Range: from $142,600 to $271,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
      Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
      Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

      • Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
