As a Production Data Coordinator, you will work closely with the manufacturing and material handling teams within the factory to support the collection, entry and reporting of manufacturing and inventory management functions. Your work directly impacts operations planning, costing and production efficiency. You understand the manufacturing environment and collaborate effectively with the production and materials accounting teams to monitor data and make recommendations for improvements.

Record and track all production activities within the manufacturing systems
Enter and validate material requirements and production planning metrics
Reconcile materials usage transactions and resolve variances
Perform inventory management functions such as cycle counts, variance analysis and balance reconciliation
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams such as production, operations, quality and accounting
Perform all other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
6+ months experience with inventory, materials, accounting or production systems in a manufacturing, military or related environment

OR

2-year technical degree
