It is anticipated that an incumbent in this role will work remotely
100% of the time and will share a hoteling workspace if/when
working onsite, as determined by business needs. The incumbent can
work remotely from anywhere in the United States, unless otherwise
specified in the job posting. Work location is subject to change

As a Business Analyst, your role is to implement strategies into a
rules engine. You will be working with multiple business segments
within the Credit Card as a Service (CaaS) team, including, credit,
fraud, collections and compliance. We expect you to aid various
teams in implementing, testing and validating strategy
implementations. As well as troubleshooting issues and developing
test cases and plans in coordination with technical resources. You
will work with 3rd party vendors to understand their software and
be able to configure it to meet the business needs. If you have
experience in rules management software, love to learn, enjoy
collaborating cross-functionally, and are excited to work like a

contribute to an exciting new team. About This Role:
- Support the maintenance and implementation of business
strategies within a rules engine, including credit, authorizations,
collections and acquisitions.
- Work collaboratively and explain complex information to
management, analysts, business unit teams, and IT staff on project
work.
- Execute complex test plans to test new strategies and simulate
outcomes prior to production release.
- Keep detailed log of criteria or related changes within the
rules engine or processing system(s).
- Identify opportunities for increased efficiency and
productivity within supported business units.
- Exhibit professional behavior and promote positive working
relationships.
- Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and
the bank's BSA/AML Program.
- Communicates effectively on general business issues. The Ideal
Candidate for This Role:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent business work.
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in the related
fields
- Proven ability to interpret requirements and develop a strategy
design that is implemented accurately and on schedule with minimal
guidance
- Experience working with rules engines
- Experience with credit card or unsecured consumer lending
products.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and problem solving ability
- Ability to multi-task while managing to multiple timetables of
completion.
- Strong interpersonal communication with ability to work with
various levels of management.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and operational
functionality.
- Understands key business drivers. Compensation: Compensation
range (base pay): $66,913.00-$110,407.00 Final compensation offer
to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work
