Position Details:

Title: Aviation Window Repair Technician
Location: Lincoln, NE
Shift: Mon - Fri 8-5
Compensation: $47,000 - $55,000 with additional monthly incentives available which can earn employees an additional $10,000 a year.

Position Description:
The Aviation Window Repair Technician's primary responsibility is to provide aircraft window services to company's existing customers. Repair Technicians will inspect aircraft windows and evaluate defects for airworthiness and repair scratches, pits, and other damage to aircraft windows. They will also be responsible for the removal and installation of replacement windshields and windows.

Requirements:
--- High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED)
--- Strong mechanical aptitude
--- Ability to use various measuring devices
--- Ability to use an orbital sander with different grits of sandpaper to repair a damaged area.
