We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a CRM Coordinator in our Omaha office. As an CRM Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company's CRM system, with a particular emphasis on supporting marketing initiatives and event management. This role ensures customer data is accurately maintained and leveraged for successful marketing strategies and event planning. Apply today if this sounds like the perfect fit for you! DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Data Management:
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency by managing data imports and exports, ensuring proper formatting and integrity.
  • Support the segmentation of customer data for personalized marketing strategies
  • Campaign Strategy:
  • Assist in developing and launching marketing campaigns within the CRM system
  • Analyze campaign performance using CRM data to identify trends and track key metrics
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future marketing efforts.
  • Event Coordinator:
  • Using CRM data, identify and invite target audiences for company events
  • Plan and coordinate webinars and in-person events, including assisting with hotel, travel, venue, meeting spaces, presentations, and materials
  • Manage event registration and follow-up communication, through phone calls, website and email communication.
  • Analyze event success and gather attendee feedback to improve future events
  • Additional Responsibilities:
  • Assist with layout, design and execution of company marketing print materials, proposals and targeted campaigns.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned and required by management SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
      QUALIFICATIONS
      • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
        • Associate's degree and 4+ years' work experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree
        • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certificate of competency and 8+ years' work experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree
        • 2+ years of experience in CRM management and coordination
        • Experience with Power/Click, preferred
        • Proficient computer skills PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
          • Continually required to sit, talk/hear and utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read a computer monitor and use a keyboard
          • Occasionally required to lift/push/carry items less than 50 pounds
          • Occasionally (5%) travel within specified region to attend company/industry functions as required COMPETENCIES:
