Training and Development Administrator
Amentum is seeking a Training and Development Administrator.

Training and Development Administrator
This individual will help develop and create systems and
compliance-based Computer Based Training. This includes creating
and developing high quality content, creating and developing
simulations and publishing content to Amentum's Training Platform.
This position is a US-Remote/Telework opportunity.
Primary responsibilities include:
Training and Development Administrator will be responsible for
assisting the Systems Training Developer in identifying,
developing, and delivering training to all Amentum personnel on
various topics heavily focused but not limited to systems and
compliance for Global Supply Chain, Human Resources, Payroll,
Accounting and Finance.
Due to the multiple systems used at Amentum, focus will be on
assisting the Systems Training Developer with developing solutions
that accommodate both office and field personnel, with the ability
to create both Amentum-wide training and project-customized
training for local requirements when required.
The preference will be to develop CBT (Computer Based Training)
courses using Flash and/or video technology to develop courses on
Deltek Time & Expense, various modules on Amentum's systems, and
general processes and procedures related to office and field
operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience. Looking for someone
with enthusiasm and an eagerness to learn with a career interest in
Supply Chain and/or Business Process and Training Improvement.
Specific Skills : Comprehensive experience with Microsoft Office
software to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Project.
Extensive experience with the Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent is
a must to be able to develop flash simulations and voice
recordings.
Experience or Education with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
Systems is an asset.
The Training and Development Administrator should have excellent
skills in process design, excellent writing and communication
skills, and familiarity with a variety of media and editing
software. Training and Development Administrator will need
excellent communications and people skills, as many of the tasks in
this role will require coordination with Project Managers and an
international workforce to develop curriculums, and possibly
conduct actual in-person training events.
