Job Description:
Landscapes Unlimited is seeking an individual to work as a
Network Administrator at the Corporate Office in Lincoln, NE. The
Network Administrator will be responsible for administering and
monitoring Landscapes Unlimited's network to ensure stable
operation of the organizations network, systems, and hardware.
Responsible for the deployment and security of the infrastructure
including configuration and support of network servers, directory
services, backup and recovery, network security, mobility,
endpoints, and security monitoring, and tuning. Ensures
availability and provisioning of resources in a virtual server
environment and associated storage area network. The Landscapes

network support to the Company, providing technical assistance to
users. Responds to user requests for service and determines nature
and extent of support needed. + Receive, investigate, and achieve
positive resolution of network access problems for users;
investigate areas of potential problem and implement appropriate
preventative action. Utilize vendor or online technical support and
other resources as needed. + Network administration including
security and patch management, user account management, Office 365
management, Internet access, and applications support ensuring
secure, reliable network and information access. + Implement and
enforce all cyber security policies and procedures; assign and
update user security permissions on the network. + Assist to create
processes and standards to deploy new technologies, application
software distribution via network, and configure, install, test
network software products. + Implement upgrades and repairs to
ensure systems are operating optimally; create appropriate network
and systems documentation. + Consult on network systems issues
across departmental groups. + Performs all work in a safe manner
and in compliance with all Company policies, safety standards and
the directions of supervisors. + Perform other Information Systems
Department related tasks as determined by the Technology Director.
Qualifications + Proficiency in Microsoft Network Operating
Systems. + Proficiency in in working with and supporting: current
Windows applications, and Microsoft Office Suite. + Extensive
knowledge of PC configurations and troubleshooting MS Windows
workstations on a Microsoft network. + Broad knowledge of data
processing systems, concepts, and methodologies + Ability to
independently identify problems and develop appropriate business
solutions and plans of action; must have strong analytical and
critical thinking skills. + Ability to work efficiently both
independently and as a member of a team. + High degree of integrity
with the proven ability to maintain confidential information. +
Self-discipline in time management, organization and prioritization
of tasks and projects; demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in
all work. + High level of interpersonal communication skills with
the ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and
non-technical audiences + Excellent grammar and written
communication skills. + Must maintain a professional appearance
consistent with the position. + Ability and willingness to follow
all Company policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook and
Safety Manual. + Demonstrates a commitment to the work and success
of the Company by being solution-oriented, having positive
interactions with all members of the team, and meeting quality,
production and safety expectations set by the Company. + Ability to
work cooperatively with fellow employees and supervisors and
respect the rights of others. + Regular and timely attendance
during all scheduled workdays and hours is required; may
occasionally require evening and weekend work to ensure completion
of projects or addressing unforeseeable systems issues. Education +
A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or any
combination of education, training, and experience that enable the
incumbent to successfully perform the essential job functions. +
Three years' experience working within Information Technology in
the construction or recreation industry is preferred but not
required. Salary - $43,000-$55,000 DOE. Benefits can include free
golf at certain course locations, PTO and 401K. Position -
