Are you up for the dare? _This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship._ As a Forklift Operator, you will perform a variety of tasks within our warehouse including loading trucks, unloading trucks, case picking product, and staging finished product as it is released from our packing area. Successful candidates must maintain a great attendance record and must be able to work overtime and off shifts. In this position, you will enjoy competitive weekly pay starting at $23.68/hr+, shift differential eligibility, overtime pay, quarterly bonus, full health benefits, 401k match, paid time off, excellent maternity/paternity leave and so much more!Primary Responsibilities+ Operate forklifts with various attachments (pull-pack, slip sheet, etc.) in a bustling warehouse + Safely load/unload trailers ensuring weight distribution, load integrity, and all shipping instructions are followed + Move finished product from the production line and store it in the correct location in the warehouse + Case pick product following all guidelines using an RF scanner, hand wrap and label products, and stage in the appropriate location + Ensure a clean and safe production environment including sanitation and cleaning + Regularly lift items up to 55 poundsRequirements+ High school diploma or GED + 6+ months of forklift experience in a production, manufacturing, military or related environment _REQUISITION ID_ : 216022 It is our business imperative to remain a very inclusive workplace.
