POLY4 is our flagship multi-nutrient fertilizer product. Made from
Polyhalite, it contains four of the six macro-nutrients and many

We are seeking an Agronomist, to establish and deliver on-farm and
technical trials. Reporting to the Lead Agronomist for North
America -the role is full time and functions to deliver practical
and good fertilizer advice and to support the introduction of our
fertilizer products and delivery of commercial objectives and

experience to identify, organize and execute high quality
commercial scale trials in farmers' fields.
Set up and deliver small plot scale relevant technical trial
programs for POLY4 and fertilizer products.
Data management, quality review and timely submission of trial
results, to ensure good agricultural and experimental practice
Work with and support customer needs. These can be through grower
events, trade shows, providing technical support and training for
key partners and teams, including troubleshooting throughout the

Support the development of agronomic business plans to deliver good
fertilizer advice and commercial objectives.

Assist with local product registration activities, local legal
compliance requirement and be aware of relevant changes. Support
the Market Intelligence team, be aware of the local environmental,
agronomic and guidance and best practice. Be aware of and provide
support in respect of relevant product legislation in selected
territory including registration, labelling, transport and storage
Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Agronomy or related
Five years of experience of practical agronomy field work,
preferably relevant to the fertilizer industry. A track record in
the fertilizer industry is very advantageous.
Five years experience in the Nebraska, South Dakota region
A good understanding of current crop production and agronomy
practices for broad acre crops and high value crops of local

programs, and able to use the result to impact business
Experience and network with research providers, crops associations
and agricultural cooperatives of local importance.
Experience with current fertilizer practices for both broad acres
as high value crops across USA of relevance in the Nebraska/South
Good working knowledge of local fertilizer industry.
Excellent organization and time management skills, coupled with
good inter-personal skills preferably with public presentation
experience. An ability to communicate at all levels in English
