Job Description:

Resort Lifestyle Communities is currently accepting applications for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will support all facets of the company in managing human resources functions in accordance with the policies and practices of Resort Lifestyle Communities (RLC) and Cameron General Contractors (CGC). Areas of engagement include: Employee Relations, Benefits, Compensation, Training and overall HR Management.



  • Serves as an HR SME capable of identifying, understanding and resolving common HR issues.
  • Proficient in addressing a variety of Employee Relations issues including, but not limited to: harassment, affirmative action, career development, employee concerns, independent education, etc.
  • Bridges leadership and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues to nurture and promote a positive working environment.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of all new HR initiatives across the organization, particularly focusing on the impact of people.
  • Works closely with the Talent Acquisition Team, Training Team, and Comp & Benefits Manager to accomplish various goals and initiatives.
  • Proficient in the management of human resource information systems and provides necessary reports for critical analyses of the HR functions of the organization.
  • Provides technical advice and knowledge in all HR disciplines to others across the organization.

  • Business Acumen and in depth knowledge of HR law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, consultation and presentation skills.
  • Critical Evaluation Abilities and Ethical Practices to protect, preserve and promote the company culture.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Extensive HR knowledge, experience and application.
  • PHR and/or SHRM-CP certification, or the ability to obtain certification within 24 months of hire.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Manager or an equivalent role and/or responsibilities; multi-state experience preferred.
