This role will support web and integration technologies, and content management systems.  Ensure the ongoing health of the business systems, measured by agreed level of services.  This role is ideal for someone that is searching for an opportunity to make a difference through innovation. This position will offer learning and growth opportunities which will allow developer to grow and specialize into areas of interest within the broader web delivery team.

What you do

* This position will be primarily responsible for maintenance and support of web applications in a wide range of technologies. * Collaborate with business users and all levels of support teams (level 1 call centers, level 2 application support team, level 3 product development and vendor support teams) to resolve problems. * Responsible for resolving application problems in a timely manner, finding root cause, and implementing solutions to resolve. * Take full ownership of the reported problem and strive to resolve upon initial contact. * “On call” application support will be expected with hours determined by business partners.  Includes joining bridge calls to help diagnose and solve problems within supported applications. * Participate in monthly patches including confirming application functionally upon patch completion, and automation of testing. * Monitor health of applications including evaluation of log files, establishing baselines including use of predictive analytics to find data irregularities/trends and predict future issues and/or needs. * Plans and schedules the installation and deployment of new modules, upgrades and fixes to the all environments, and security fixes within systems to ensure production readiness. * Quickly and independently learn new technologies to help support web applications maintained by Application Support team. * Develop solutions to problems using a disciplined development process. * Produce and analyze data extracts and reports from systems. * Develops, execute, and documents test plans. * Ensure all applications are documented according to standards. * Assist in defining development guidelines and standards. * Evaluate new application packages and tools; research best practices and recommend solutions.

What you bring

* 0-2 years of experience in an application support and/or programming role

* Associates Degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience are required. * Knowledge and experience desired in the following:

* Web Content Management systems, especially Oracle Universal Content Management (UCM) * Knowledge of information systems and application architecture standards * Elastic & Kibana, Java, SQL, SOAP/RESTful Web Services, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Oracle WebLogic Server, Linux, Power shell/Bash scripting, Docker, Jenkins, Git (BitBucket), Jira, Confluence, Amazon Web Services (AWS)
