About the position:
The Software Configuration Analyst is a key member of the
Customer Success team responsible for managing the implementation
of Aquatic Informatics' products. This person will work with
Project Planners and Project Managers to effectively deliver
software services that meet customer expectations in an accurate
and timely manner. You may take part in evaluating
customer-provided data and workflows in order to provide
best-in-class solutions to customers.
- Engage directly with customers that have purchased Aquatic
Informatics' professional services for implementation of the Hach
- Analyze and document specific customer needs, including
managing expectations to the defined scope of work
- Map customers' processes to the applicable standard software
- Configure databases including variables, calculations, reports,
and data entry forms and install data management software
- Ensure that the provided solution and loaded data meets quality
standards, providing QA assistance prior to go-live of the solution
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of how customers are
configured and trained during their Hach WIMS implementation.
Are you qualified?
- Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Science, Business or
a related field; or the equivalent combination of
business/technical education & experience required
- High level of proficiency in Excel and SQL (experience writing
SQL queries), specifically related to the manipulation of data
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role required
(technical roles preferred)
- Proven success learning quickly, setting work priorities,
multi-tasking, and balancing varying demands
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of municipal and industrial Water or Wastewater
processes would be strongly preferred. Previous experience
implementing software and with the Hach WIMS preferred
The salary range for this role is $50k - 75k. This is the range
that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation
for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay
more or less than the posted range and this range is only
applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be
modified in the future.
