What does a great Senior Quality Assurance Analyst do?
You will certify and implement new client/vendor, functionality,
and configuration modifications. This position receives client
specific technical information and is responsible for creating
configurations based upon this information, and following standard
operating procedures, in a client certification environment.
You will perform scripted certifications with clients, providing
technical support and guidance throughout the process, to ensure
the successful deployment of the solution to the production
environment. Our analysts have daily interaction with external
clients as well as internal departments.
You will be part of a team of dynamic professionals working on
high-profile projects. In this role you will have exposure to and
work with other technical and client facing partners, you will
assist in driving quality and excellence.

In this role, you will:
Manage the technical and business aspects of client/vendor
Manage and perform major client conversions and upgrades into
the live production environment.
Review new project business requirements and technical
documentation and translate project requirements into certification
Build configurations for client certification that will be used
in the production environment upon a successful certification.
Develop certification strategies/plans and execute established
standard operating procedures to deliver quality and accuracy.
Identify defects within the software and notify affected parties
as well as assist in problem resolution related to
Monitor success of conversions and troubleshoot or escalate as
Participate on project teams as a subject matter expert.
Basic qualifications for consideration:
High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 3 years of experience in the EFT data processing
Minimum 5 years of experience working with JSON/XML and RESTful
APIs in a production environment
Experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc)
Experience writing test cases and performing and validating
Preferred qualifications for consideration:
College/technical school, BS in Computer Science or related
discipline strongly preferred
Deep functional knowledge with Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc .)
and JSON messages
Experienced in writing test cases and performing and validating
Ability to analyze code, de-bug, and deliver clean, validated,
Excellent understanding of the web development project cycle;
accustomed to rigid QA processes and extreme attention to
Knowledge of payment processing, financial transaction
processing, switching and authorization environments
Working knowledge of transaction simulation tools
Excellent analytical, problem solving and debugging skills
Ability to conduct multi-channel communications (email, phone,
chat, and in-person) clearly and courteously with both external and
internal customers, as well as possess the ability to explain
technical concepts to both technical and non-technical
Experienced with MS Word and Excel. Understanding of advance MS
Office features such as document review, compare and change
