Essential Duties And Responsibilities --- Follow the safety guidelines and safety programs established by CPI and complete safety reports and required records.--- Responsible for grain and agronomy operations--- Responsible for exceptional grain condition, and monthly facility inspections, as by OSHA Inspection standard.--- Responsible for all dry or liquid fertilizer and chemical preparation.--- Responsible for overseeing loading applicators and tender trucks.--- Ability to document, complete, and maintain records not limited to fertilizer and chemical inventory, production maintenance, daily operations, and inventory.--- Ability to operate forklifts, loaders, and tender trucks.--- Ability to read blend and field tickets, county road maps and plat maps.--- Perform required preventative maintenance of equipment, plant, or rolling stock and submit all reports on time.--- Dump and receive producers' grain.--- Maintain grain inventory moistures and temperatures of silos and tanks.--- Responsible for loading and delivering customer products and services that are sold by the location.Required Basic Qualifications --- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), or related experience and/or training.--- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.--- Able to lift up to 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally.--- Able to work in dusty conditions, adverse weather conditions and temperatures, occasionally exposed to high, precarious places and usually loud noise levels.--- Able to work extended hours to meet business demands.--- Ability to operate forklifts and loaders.--- Works well independently and in a team environment.--- Ability to adapt to changing situations.--- Efficient problem solving skills.--- Ability to read, write, and speak English.--- Ability to pass required physical, background and drug test.Preferred Qualifications --- Agriculture background.--- Grain, fertilizer, or chemical handling experience.--- Valid Driver's License or CDL with endorsements preferred.What's in it for you?
