Aerotek is representing a Lincoln NE General Contactor. Our client is seeking to add on two superintendents to their growing team. This company is well respected as they truly put action behind their company values.Description:The superintendent will manage all onsite construction supervision of sub-contractors and internal staff. This person will some be on projects in the 3-5-million-dollar range. Projects can be a variety of gas stations, hotels, sports areas all of the Nebraska system Universities renovations done by them as well. These projects are either large remodels or new construction. This position is responsible for the timely and profitable completion of all assigned construction, for creating and maintaining the highest degree of customer satisfaction, and the supervision of all personnel performing any work-related functions on the project.Skills:superintendent, commercial construction, general contractor, carpentry, blueprint reading, schematic, tenant improvement, ground upTop Skills Details:TOP 3 MUST-HAVES1) 3-5 Years Commercial Construction Experience preferable ground up in 2 million and up2) Experience in any construction software Microsft project, pro-core, blue beam etc3) Ability to read blueprints and SchematicsAdditional Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience working in ground-up Construction comfortably.
• Prefer Associates Degree but will take someone with experience.
• Know how to manage, push and schedule and coordinate sub-contractor
• Must have more experience from someone than remodels like new construction and additions
• Carpentrybackgroundis useful.
• Previous work on 2-5 million-dollar budgets.
• Be able to process and coordinate quickly is very important.
• Understand all safety guidelines as required by OSHA
• Have Osha 10 card
