Job Description Job Description Aerotek is hiring immediately for electrical and mechanical assemblers on 1st shift, 2nd shift, and weekend shift! Assemblers will be working in teams of 2-4 to manufacture drives and transformers. This is a fast-paced company that will continue to expand. Job Description: Read wiring schematics and manufacturing blueprints Utilize hand and power tools to build structures and frames Insert electronic drives Point-to-point wiring and wire harnessing Final assemblies Must-Have Skills & Qualifications: 1 year of mechanical or electrical assembly experience 1 year of hand and power tool experience 1 year of following blueprints or schematics Shift Schedule: 1st shift: 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Thursday 2nd shift: 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM, Monday through Thursday Weekend Shift: 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday through Sunday Additional Benefits: Clean and climate-controlled manufacturing environment Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Tuition reimbursement program Profit Sharing This is a great entry-level position that will open the door to a variety of higher-level roles on the manufacturing floor. Assemblers are cross-trained in different departments in a training program that will allow you to feel comfortable on the job. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.27 - $20.10/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
