Job Description:
A company is looking for a Team Lead, Software Engineering to
lead a team of Software Engineers and contribute to the code base
and technical designs.
Key Responsibilities:
Write high quality code with emphasis on accessibility, test
coverage, and scalability
Participate as a full Agile scrum team member, driving delivery of
work
Mentor team members' skillsets and careers, manage performance, and
collaborate effectively with engineering leadership
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
6+ years of experience with full-stack web development, preferably
with MEAN stack
Knowledge or willingness to learn tech-stack: TypeScript, HTML,
SASS, Angular, NodeJS, Express, MongoDB, Rabbit
Knowledge of Scrum framework
Experience managing people (bonus point)
