Job Description:

The Software Developer will work on projects related to new and existing systems and websites, playing a critical role in all aspects of the development lifecycle. This will including gathering project requirements, designing, coding, and testing. The Software Developer will focus on implementing technology solutions to solve business and customer needs related to the cattle and beef industry. This includes projects related to herd tracking, beef production, inventory management, and order tracking. This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in many facets of a farm-to-fork company. The successful candidate will have strong technical and problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn the business and help implement technology solutions that increase efficiency and meet business needs. This position will work within the .NET framework, including web forms, MVC, and WEB API. Learning and utilizing SQL and Internet Information Services (IIS) setup will also be part of this job. The Software Developer will work as part of a team, so solid communication skills will be needed. Assume other duties as assigned.
