Job Description Job Description Now Hiring: PRN RN/LPN – Nights & Weekends Location: Cozad, NE Status: Per Diem Pay Range: $27.94 – $46.56/hr ? About the Role We are seeking dedicated PRN RN/LPNs for night and weekend shifts in a hospital setting. This role involves providing high-quality patient care across multiple units while maintaining a professional and patient-centered environment. Education & Experience Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution (for RN) Practical Nursing program completion (for LPN) One year of rural healthcare experience preferred Electronic Health Records (EHR) experience preferred Licensure & Certifications Current RN or LPN license in the State of Nebraska BLS (CPR) required ACLS preferred (RN) TNCC required within two years of hire (RN) PALS & NRP certifications required (RN) Valid Driver’s License Key Responsibilities Perform patient assessments and deliver safe, effective nursing care Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to coordinate patient treatment plans Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and policy Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide immediate interventions Document patient care, interventions, and outcomes accurately Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
