Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Human Resource Intern to join our team at our Lincoln location. As a HR Intern, you will collaborate with the HR Department on a wide variety of projects ranging from recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement. This is a great opportunity to gain in-depth and hands on experience tailored to your passions. Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruiting strategies and their implementation.
• Assist in maintaining online job boards, screening of candidates, conducting phone interviews, reference checks, organizing in house interviews.
• Gains knowledge on the process that is involved in on-boarding a new employee. Help with the new employee on-boarding process.
• Understand the importance of employment law and compliance, especially regarding employment eligibility, confidentiality, proper maintenance of employee files, and forms management.
• Helps in providing all round clerical assistance to all HR staff. Requirements:
  • An associate s degree or bachelor s degree in process
