Job Description:
Payroll Coordinator/Administrator (Job Snapshot)
- Supports payroll personnel in the preparation of payroll. (A
huge plus and highly desired if they have actually processed
payroll and have that payroll experience)
- Proficient at data-entry. (Familiar or able to track Time &
Attendance for a company side of over 500 employees)
- Comfortable with Excel, various databases, Microsoft Office
programs, etc.
- Payroll software's, specific to ADP is strongly
desired.
- Education Minimum Requirement - HS Diploma or Equivalent (If
candidate has a certificate, degree, and/or diploma related to
Payroll, Finance, Business, Accounting, etc.. - that would be a
plus!
- This is an onsite role, they must be okay with going into the
office each day.
- 1st Shift, standard 7:00am - 3:30pm CST schedule (40 hours per
week, approximately 1-10 hrs. of OT)
- Labor Category: HR (Indirect)
