Payroll Coordinator/Administrator (Job Snapshot)


  • Supports payroll personnel in the preparation of payroll. (A huge plus and highly desired if they have actually processed payroll and have that payroll experience)
  • Proficient at data-entry. (Familiar or able to track Time & Attendance for a company side of over 500 employees)
  • Comfortable with Excel, various databases, Microsoft Office programs, etc.
  • Payroll software's, specific to ADP is strongly desired.
  • Education Minimum Requirement - HS Diploma or Equivalent (If candidate has a certificate, degree, and/or diploma related to Payroll, Finance, Business, Accounting, etc.. - that would be a plus!
  • This is an onsite role, they must be okay with going into the office each day.
  • 1st Shift, standard 7:00am - 3:30pm CST schedule (40 hours per week, approximately 1-10 hrs. of OT)
  • Labor Category: HR (Indirect)

    • What makes your candidate unique or stand out? Do they have a type of specific experience that isn't requested in this JD but would aid in this candidate's success if they obtained the role.
    • what dollar amount in the pay range they are targeting.
    • What is their availability for interviewing. (Please include options for a virtual interview and/or onsite interview)
