The Sales Trainer will maintain and develop training programs, and facilitate training for associates on tech platforms including Salesforce and SalesXpress. This position is also responsible for delivering sales training programs to achieve shortened learning curves and increased sales.

What you do

  • Deliver all aspects of assigned training and development, including but not limited to facilitating classroom and/or e-learning presentations.
  • Provide data and feedback to provide measurements on effectiveness of training programs.
  • Manage training projects including the functions of needs analysis, product demonstrations, reporting progress, and following the project through to completion.
  • Develop new training programs and enhance existing training programs
  • Communicate with management to recommend training enhancements.
  • Identify gaps in effectiveness of existing and future training.What you bring

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
    • 2 - 4 years Past Training experience in sales related fields highly preferred
    • Prior experience in education a plus
    • Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce and SalesXpress and Web-based Platforms preferredWhat we offer
