Job Description:

Customer Service Position OpeningCSI's Customer Service department has an opening in the Demand Deposit Response Group.Location: Lincoln, NE or Paducah, KYShift: Currently there are three shifts for this team that will rotate between members of the DDA team. These shifts are 7:00 am - 4:00 pm M-F, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm M-F, and 9:00 am - 6:00 pm M-F. Members of the DDA team also work a rotating Saturday shift that is 7:00 am - 1:00 pm.Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting, researching, and responding to customer questions and issues using CRM and/or phone
  • Supporting the Demand Deposit, Saving, MICR, ACH, and various miscellaneous applications
  • Continuous learning of CSI's other products in order to meet specific skill levels and goals of the departmentKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Problem-solving / research skills
    • Excellent follow-up skills
    • Working knowledge of Demand Deposit applications (CSI application experience is ideal)
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
