Job Details: Profession: Physician Specialty: OB/GYN Location: Near Amherst, NE Shift Details: Start Date: November 27, 2023 End Date: Ongoing Rate: See job description and practice description for compensation guidelines Shift Type: Varied Shift Description: Clinic, After Hours Call, Labor and Delivery, Gynecologic surgery, City Call, CNM Back Up Weekend Requirements: Yes On Call Requirements: Yes Job Requirements: Board Certified OB/GYN - REQUIRED Active NE license - REQUIRED OR IMLC (IMLC LOQ MUST BE IN HAND AT TIME OF SUBMISSION) OB/GYN Residency - REQUIRED Active BLS, DEA, NRP - REQUIRED Clean Malpractice/background - REQUIRED Must have recent OB work history - REQUIRED TO NOTE Must state availability at name clear - REQUIRED Disclose if provider has worked at any other CHI/Dignity facility - REQUIRED COVID VACCINATED - REQUIRED Additional Details: Nov 27, 2023 ongoing (looking for 50% coverage per month) Setting: Clinic, L&D, Surgery FTE: 1 Duties: Clinic, After Hours Call, Labor and Delivery, Gynecologic surgery, City Call, CNM Back Up Required Procedures: All standard gynecologic procedures in a clinic and hospital setting EMR: EPIC Support Staff: Robust: Front Desk and Clinical Support Staff, including ultrasound on-site Reason for Coverage: Physician Resignation Rates to Submit: Malpractice rates - Must be included in the rates Orientation (half the hourly rate, kicks in after 8 hours) - "Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours" Hourly (Per hour no OT) Night call - Must include 2.5 hours gratis - "Per night to hold the pager to include 2.5 hours gratis" On Call (Daily) - Must include 4 hours gratis - "per 24 hours to hold the pager to include 4 hours gratis" Call back - Must match hourly rate - "per hour of patient contact after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSA terms."
