• Licensure/Certifications: Must be TEE certified, CV anesthesia fellowship preferred; or 5+ years CV anesthesia experience with advanced perioperative echocardiography testamur
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of CV anesthesia or fellowship-trained

What You ll Do

• Provide anesthesia care for open heart, thoracic, vascular, and structural heart surgeries.
• Support general OR cases as needed, including supervising CRNAs.
• Assist during complex cardiac procedures, including TEE-guided cases.
• Collaborate with cardiac surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative teams.
• Participate in on-call rotations, including nights and holidays.
• Ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes for adult and geriatric populations.

What You Need
Required:

• Certified in TEE and completed an approved CV anesthesia fellowship or equivalent experience.
• Achieved testamur status in Advanced Perioperative Echocardiography (NBE).
• Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Nebraska.
• At least 5 years of documented CV anesthesia experience if fellowship-trained applicants are unavailable.

Preferred:

• Experience in high-volume cardiac surgical centers.
• Ability to supervise CRNAs when needed.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
