Job Description:
A value-based care organization is establishing a new outpatient
practice in central Nebraska and is adding a Board-Certified Family
or Adult Nurse Practitioner to its care team. The role is based in
a newly opened facility and offers the opportunity to help shape
clinical operations as one of the first providers in the region. •
Outpatient Only, M-F. • Practice has a focus on longitudinal care
for patients with complex medical needs. • Providers work within a
multidisciplinary team. • Experience in Geriatrics, Home Care, or
House call setting is preferred but not required. • Competitive
Base Salary, Full Benefits, PTO, CME time plus allowance, sign-on
