Join Kohll's Rx in our mission to make a positive impact in healthcare. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmacist based in Omaha, NE or Malvern, IA. Some unique areas of medicine you will work on as a pharmacist include: specialty medications, compliance package, and vaccinations (nurse on-site at some locations). Additional responsibilities include supervising pharmacy technicians, managing inventory, collaborating with healthcare providers, and maintaining accurate records of drugs and patient interactions. Qualifications Pharmacist degree (or degree upon graduation) Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, safety protocols, and pharmaceutical laws Excellent communication and customer service skills for patient interaction and education Competency in managing pharmacy inventory and overseeing pharmacy technicians Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy Active Pharmacist license in the state of Nebraska and or Iowa Previous experience in a retail or clinical pharmacy setting preferred Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
