Responsibilities: Clinic Operations & Workflow Management Oversee and support daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth patient flow, schedule optimization, and patient satisfaction Utilize population health data analytics platforms to identify high risk members, and proactive outreach to engage them in their care Staff Support & Collaboration: Serve as the in-person liaison between clinic staff, Senior Account Manager, and client stakeholders Support with staffing needs, onboarding, scheduling coordination, and team compliance with policies and procedures Foster a positive, team-oriented environment and escalate performance or operational concerns promptly Patient Experience & Engagement: Promote awareness of clinic services and implement wellness and engagement initiatives in partnership with the Senior Account Manager Maintain exceptional customer service standards for client employees and their dependents – addressing questions, resolving issues, and supporting a welcoming, patient-centered environment Support accurate data collection and reporting related to clinic utilization, client and patient satisfaction, and operational metrics Monitor and manage inventory, ordering, and maintenance of clinic supplies and equipment
