used to determine if candidate is outside 50 miles.Fingernail
policy: Artificial nails are prohibited in all departments
providing patient care- refusal to remove nails will lead to

orientation. OPEN BOOK exam on skills learned - they are given all
necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to pass or they

successful when he or she can manage the business of the day. The
unit is a tight knit group and are great with helping each other
out. Cancellation can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment,
3 shifts for assignments that are less than 13 weeks. Charting BSN
License to Trauma Level:1 Care Shift Notes:12 hr nights Required ,
BLS Certification, NIHSS Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
