Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with 12 months within the past 3 years. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Nebraska license or compact license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live 50 miles from facility to be submitted. • Flu vaccination required after submission. Additional Details: Required Skills/Experience: RN jobs in the following units: Cardiac Cath Lab, Electrophysiology, ED/ER, Endoscopy, any ICU/critical care, IR, LTAC ICU, Med-Surg/Tele, Tele, PACU, Stepdown/PCU are required to pass a Basic Dysrhythmia/EKG exam during onboarding. RN’s must pass a Pass/Fail exam on Friday during orientation (open book, 90% to pass or termination). Special Requests: RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions. Floating Requirements: PCU or Burn An interview may not be available prior to offer. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to. Submission Limit: Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. Shift Requirements: Weekend and Holiday requirements as needed.
