Job Description Orthopedic Physical Therapist (2 Years Experience) Executive PT | Franklin, TN Full-Time | 1:1 Care Model | Cash-Based Executive PT is expanding into a new 3,500 sq ft facility in Franklin, TN. We are seeking an experienced orthopedic physical therapist to join our growing team of three clinicians during this next phase of development. This is a full-time clinical role focused on patient care. It is not a director or management position. You will treat patients in a true 1:1 model with a high degree of clinical autonomy, while having access to mentorship and collaboration when needed. About Executive PT Executive PT is a premium, cash-based orthopedic and strength-based practice serving: Active professionals Lifelong exercisers Recreational and competitive athletes Individuals seeking long-term solutions to pain We specialize in solving complex pain problems and guiding patients into sustainable, long-term strength-based care. Some clients transition into higher-level physical goals — return-to-sport, pickleball, skiing, general agility while aging, etc., — while others focus on durability, resilience, and maintaining capacity over time. Our model emphasizes: 1:1 sessions only No double booking No aides or techs No insurance constraints High clinical autonomy Collaborative mentorship Integration of rehabilitation into long-term strength development Who We’re Looking For You are: A licensed physical therapist with at least 2 years of orthopedic experience Certified in dry needling (required) Strong in manual therapy, clinical reasoning, and exercise prescription Comfortable independently managing complex pain presentations Interested in building long-term patient relationships Advanced specialization strongly preferred: COMT FAAOMPT (or in progress) OCS SCS Or comparable advanced orthopedic training Experience or interest in return-to-sport or performance progression is a plus, but not required. Clinical Environment This role requires: Confident orthopedic evaluation and plan development Independent clinical decision-making Regular demonstration and progression of strength training principles Guiding patients from pain resolution into structured, long-term strength work A personal active lifestyle and personal familiarity with strength training are strongly valued, as they directly relate to patient care in our model. You will practice autonomously while collaborating with experienced clinicians as needed. We prioritize excellence, growth, and thoughtful clinical reasoning. Why Join During Expansion?
