We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will work closely with patients in their homes, ensuring they receive the best possible care tailored to their specific needs. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, contribute to treatment plans, and routinely monitor patient progress. This exciting opportunity allows you to play a key role in improving the lives of patients while working with a leading healthcare provider. Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records. Interpret patient information and make critical decisions about needed actions. Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using healthcare software and electronic health records (EHRs). Ability to handle stressful situations professionally. Compassion and patience in dealing with challenging scenarios. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid nursing license. BLS/CPR certification. Certifications in specific areas such as Gerontology, Palliative Care or similar, viewed favorably.
