Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty:

Certifications: ACLS, BLS, ONS/ONCC Must-Have: - Chemotherapy
certification required - Experience in oncology and stepdown/PCU
settings Description: Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a
busy stepdown unit. The nurse will care for adult patients with
oncology and trauma diagnoses. The nurse must be capable of
handling a variety of patient needs and monitoring. RN-to-patient
ratios are 1:4 for PCU and 1:5 for Med/Surg during the day. Night
shift ratios are 1:5-6 patients. Experience with titratable drips
such as insulin and cardizem is necessary. Candidates must possess
strong teamwork and patient care skills. The role involves working
with diverse patient populations and cultural backgrounds. Patient
experience and satisfaction are prioritized with expected hourly
rounding. The unit is supported by nursing assistants, physical and
occupational therapy, social work, case management, and education
resources. The nurse must be committed to providing excellent care
and fostering a cooperative work environment. The ideal candidate
