Services plays an essential role in supporting clinical compliance,
documentation quality, and standardized therapy services across a
defined region - primarily within skilled nursing facilities (SNFs)

certified as a Great Place to Work . A Day in the Life of the
Director of Clinical Services As a Director of Clinical Services ,
your day centers on consistency and clinical support. You’ll
complete routine site visits to SNFs and rehabilitation facilities
, review documentation, conduct clinical audits, and provide
education and coaching to therapy teams. The Director of Clinical
Services works closely with regional leadership to reinforce
established clinical expectations, compliance standards, and
documentation practices across therapy services. What You’ll Do as
Director of Clinical Services Complete routine site visits every
4–6 weeks to skilled nursing and post-acute care facilities Review
and audit clinical documentation and therapy services for
regulatory and Medicare compliance Support therapy teams in PT, OT,
and SLP service delivery and documentation standards Identify
documentation or program gaps and support corrective action
planning Develop and deliver clinical in-services, training, and
standardized programming Maintain oversight of compliance records,
staff training, and data collection Support operational goals
related to clinical quality and reimbursement What You Bring Active
PT, OT, or SLP license 5 years of clinical experience, including
leadership in SNF or post-acute settings Strong communication,
organization, and collaboration skills Technology proficiency
Ability to travel up to 60% throughout the Midwest Residency in
