winners. Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care in the
Cardiac Cath Lab. Participate in ongoing professional development
and training. Engage in self-assessment and seek feedback for
personal growth. Assist in diagnostic and interventional procedures
in the lab. Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes during
procedures. Achieve performance targets and contribute to team
success. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure
optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients and families about
procedures and post-care. Adhere to safety protocols and infection
control measures. Maintain and operate cardiac catheterization
equipment effectively. Evaluate and improve processes to enhance
patient care quality. Document patient care activities and maintain
accurate records. Experience/Qualifications Valid RN license in
Nebraska with experience in cardiac care. Demonstrated ability to
provide high-quality patient care in a Cath Lab. Proficient in
monitoring patient vitals during cardiac procedures. Commitment to
ongoing professional development and self-assessment. Experience
with diagnostic and interventional procedures in a cardiac setting.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary
healthcare team. Knowledge of safety protocols and infection
control measures. Strong communication skills for patient and
family education. Experience in documenting patient care activities
accurately. Ability to evaluate and improve patient care processes.
