As an MST Therapist, you'll utilize your skills to build collaborative relationships and support families with youth who are engaging in problematic behaviors. Youll be able to utilize your clinical training along with MSTs expert supervision as you manage a caseload of no more than 6 families and experience the creativity and freedom to work in the clients home, school, and community to meet their unique needs. Unlike outpatient counseling positions, MST productivity goals are set at only 20 hours per week (with phone calls and case management time included as billable time), with bonus pay for additional sessions!
