Location: Omaha, NE Start Date: 03-02-2026 End Date: 06-01-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM -
4:30 PM (Day). Cyclic scheduling with a 4x10s pattern; call
rotation 10-13 days per month including weekends and holidays.

Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in the
Interventional Radiology setting Assess patients pre-, intra-, and
post-procedure to ensure safety and optimal outcomes Collaborate
with the IR team, including neuro IR techs and physicians, during
diagnostics and procedures like thrombectomies and stent placements
Document thoroughly and accurately in EPIC to maintain continuity
of care Perform and assist with IV starts, patient transport, and
procedural preparation Participate in call rotation and respond
promptly to department needs, including occasional floats to nearby
sites Maintain compliance with unit policies (including
fingernail/artificial nail policy) and complete required
competencies and orientation exams Qualifications Active Registered
Nurse (RN) license (required) Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
in Interventional Radiology, ICU, or ER (required) Current BLS,
ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required; PALS preferred Valid
driver’s license required at time of submittal (used for radius
verification) Comfortable with call rotations and occasional
floating within Radiology Education Active RN license required BSN
not required Knowledge & Skills Proficient charting and
documentation in EPIC Experience with Siemens Artis Icono or
similar IR imaging equipment Strong patient assessment and critical
thinking skills, especially in neuro/IR cases IV starts and
procedural support skills Ability to work collaboratively on a
multidisciplinary team and communicate clearly under pressure
